Brown Sugar Catering, LLC is a full service caterer located in Manchester, CT. All of our offerings are made from scratch, which means no box mixes or preservatives. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients available and offer a wide menu selection, a high level of service and cater events for all sizes. We offer a full menu selection (which can be downloaded from this site). Price ranges are included, since meals are customized for you and your event. Menu packages are provided for our personal chef clients, Realtor’s who would like to give their client as a “welcome” gift or for anyone who would like to provide a gift as a meal.
Brown Sugar Catering, LLC caters large and small events and provides in-home meals. Our goal is to prepare foods the way they were meant to be. We also can provide vegetarian and low calorie menu selections and desserts. Brown Sugar Catering strives to provide a first class menu for any occasion to complement and complete your vision. Our menus include both plated and buffet selections. Please note that the menus described represent a small selection of items which we can provide for you.
Brown Sugar Catering, LLC maintains a Bakery and Catering Liquor license and is fully insured. We can provide wait staff, fully insured bartenders and work with other vendors to provide tents, china, silverware, linens, etc. Our staff will gladly make all the arrangements for you.
