Party Planning

Brown Sugar Catering, LLC is available for all your party needs. Our programs are designed to become a party and can be held in your home or other venue.

For a birthday party, we can help assist you with developing a theme and prepare the meal and cake to fit that theme

Bridal Shower Buffet luncheon and surprise the bride-to-be with a special cake and bridal cupcakes for all attendees

A Tea Party (up to four courses), with fine china and silverware, for all occasions and ages

We have all the equipment and makes for your outdoor barbeque

Need an event planner? We can put you in touch with a reputable event planner and one that we highly recommend.

Culinary Classes

“Teach Me To Cook/Bake” is a program for both adults and children. The course is designed to teach the basics of cooking/baking. Participants will help determine the menu and will prepare at least two items.  It is also great as an after-school project or school vacation project.

Upcoming Culinary Classes

November 28: Decorate a gingerbread house to take home.  Brown Sugar Catering supplies the house and decorations, you provide the creativity.  Participants should bring a container to transport gingerbread house.

Cost: $30
Maximum 20 students
Time:  9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

November 29: Make and decorate 3½” gingerbread men/women.  Bring a container to take your cookies home!

Cost: $25
Maximum 20 students
Time:  9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

December 14: Holiday Cookie Bake.  Ages 8 and older.  Bring a container to take your cookies home.

Cost $30
Maximum 12 students
Time:  5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
